Product Overview

Built-in single-axis controller saves pulse output points on the host controller.

1. Built-in Single-Axis Controller (PR)

PR (Position Register) is a position register mode independently developed by Leadshine. It supports single-axis motion control functions and can be configured with 16-segment position table programs. It supports positioning, homing, limit, E-stop, and JOG functions. This feature saves pulse output points on the host controller, simplifies system design, and greatly reduces user development costs.

2. Supports RS485 Bus Communication

Equipped with a dual-port RJ45 connector and based on the standard Modbus RTU protocol, it supports an RS485 motion control network of up to 31 axes.

3. Low-Speed Anti-Resonance

Stepper systems have inherent resonance points. The DM2B series driver employs superior anti-resonance algorithms to capture resonance characteristics, effectively avoiding or suppressing resonance points. This improves mid-to-low speed stability and high-speed torque output.

4. T/S Curve Command Smoothing

Built-in T-type and S-type command smoothing technology reduces instantaneous disturbances caused by load movement and transmission mechanics, ensuring smoother and more stable motor motion.

5. Supports Brake and Alarm Output

The DM2B series features rich input/output interfaces. It has 7 digital inputs for homing, limit, E-stop, and trigger signals, and 3 digital outputs configurable for brake and alarm signals.
