The DM1-IO series, launched by Leadshine, are IO speed-controlled stepper drivers. They achieve constant speed control of stepper motors via IO switch triggering. The speed can be selected via external DIP switches or set through PC software. Features like 2-speed settings and acceleration switching meet diverse application requirements. This series can drive 2-phase stepper motors ranging from NEMA 17 (42) to NEMA 34 (86). It utilizes advanced control algorithms for precise current control and reduced motor heating. The built-in anti-resonance algorithm effectively eliminates low-speed jitter, ensuring smooth operation.
