Product Overview

Key Features
1. Built-in Single-axis Controller (PR Mode)
PR (Position Register) is a proprietary mode developed by Leadshine. It supports single-axis motion control functions and can be configured with a 16-segment position table. It supports positioning, homing, limit detection, emergency stop, and JOG functions. This feature significantly reduces development costs by saving pulse output points on the host controller and simplifying system design.
2. RS485 Bus Communication
Equipped with dual RJ45 connectors and based on the standard Modbus RTU protocol, this driver supports an RS485 motion control network of up to 31 axes.
3. Low-speed Anti-resonance
Stepper systems have inherent resonance points. The DM2C series utilizes superior anti-resonance algorithms to capture resonance characteristics, effectively avoiding or suppressing these points. This improves stability at low-to-medium speeds and enhances high-speed torque output.
4. Smooth T/S Curve Commands
Built-in T-type and S-type command smoothing technology reduces instantaneous disturbances caused by load movement and transmission machinery, ensuring smoother and more stable motor motion.
5. Brake and Alarm Output Support
The DM2C series features rich I/O interfaces. It includes 7 digital inputs for homing, limits, E-stop, and trigger signals, as well as 3 digital outputs configurable for brake control and alarm signaling.
